My name is Eva and I am a qualified and experienced Leadership and Team Coach, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
I found my calling in a unique blend of combining my background in people development and leadership with the expertise in coaching. It's a success driving combination I believe in.

My story
As a child I was collecting templates that my teachers would hand out in the class. The idea was to use them for my own students when I grow up.
This dream of mine manifested itself through a career in learning and development. I found I was at my best when helping people to grow and become successful. I love seeing people shine.
My professional journey took me through leading operational and experts teams on global scale, before I chose to move to facilitation and training delivery positions. Having developed successful award-winning learning strategies and innovation programs as an expert in international corporations, I strongly believe that it is the learning process that enables growth, ultimately resulting into value creation and lasting impact.
I've received my education in coaching in Co-Active and Metasysteme coaching schools. But it was the Systemic approach that turned my passion into a calling. As a Leadership and Team Coach I accompany clients to get on the path of success, for themselves and their people.
My approach to coaching
I am purpose driven. My aim is to unlock learning and growth in people, so that they can deliver measurable and sustainable change.
For me, it is through coaching that one can learn more about themselves and their environment than ever expected.
I use the Systemic coaching approach. This comprehensive approach focuses on the bigger picture. It sees the client as a unique “system”, for which there are no “one size fits all” answers or solutions.
Systemic coaching helps you to really understand what is happening in your life in a holistic manner. It is about learning to navigate within your own system more capably, so that you can increase your success.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) represents the highest quality of professional coaching.
ICF-credentialed coaches are professionals. Anyone can call themselves a coach. But ICF-credentialed coaches are professionals who have met stringent education and experience requirements, and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession.
Ethical coaching is the top priority. ICF coaches must adhere to strict ethical guidelines as part of ICF’s mission to protect and serve coaching consumers. The ICF Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct for all ICF Members and ICF Credential-holders.
