Her story
2002 - 2010
Education across borders | SLOVAKIA - USA - UK - POLAND
Born in Slovakia, Eva goes to the US at the age of 17 as an exchange student. Living and studying in a different country gives her brand new perspectives and fuells her curiosity. In the UK, she earns Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Her Master’s degree comes from the Jagiellonian University in Poland.
2010 - 2013
The first time leader | SHELL
Building on numerous “student jobs“, she enters the corporate world with Shell. From customer service roles, she builds her way up to a Process Coach and a Team Lead at last. Leading operational teams is rewarding, yet she also experiences the challenges of being a first time leader.
2014 - 2018
From leading to learning | BOOKING.COM
Moving to Amsterdam and joining a tech company, this time as a more senior leader, enriches her management experience. At the same time, she is realising that she is at her best, when she can help others with their leadership challenges. Pivoting to Learning and Agile Coaching is the first step into this direction.

She founds EVA VANOVA CONSULTANCY and works with companies, individuals and teams whose desire is to progress to the next level of success. Through her leadership programs and leadership mentoring, she guides others on their development journeys.
